Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of HOA management, including administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, minute-taking, and correspondence. • Engage in financial planning, budgeting, and spreadsheet management. • Coordinate and lead board meetings, annual owner meetings, and various on-property meetings with vendors. • Maintain meticulous records and documentation. • Respond promptly to emergencies and communications outside regular business hours. • Manage projects from scope setting to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards. • Foster strong relationships with fellow employees, vendors, contractors, and HOA members.

Skills and Experience Required: • Proven experience in HOA management. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn additional software. • Excellent communication skills, capable of timely and effective responses via email, phone, and text. • Financial acumen with the ability to understand and explain financial reports. • Certification or coursework in Community Association Management (M100/CMCA/CPM) is highly desirable.

Schedule: • Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some evening and Saturday meetings. • Availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours is essential.
