Project Manager (Education Design)

- Reports to: San Antonio Office Director and Education Practice Leader

What You’ll Do
- Lead and guide project teams through all phases, from early design to construction documents and close-out.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, cultivating long-term partnerships through clear communication and thoughtful leadership.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project goals are met and exceed expectations.
- Develop and champion design concepts that contribute positively to educational and community environments.
- Coordinate consultants and internal team members to ensure cohesive project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional architecture experience, including at least 4 years focused on K-12 educational projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Architectural licensure in Texas is preferred (or ability to obtain).
- A strong foundation in project planning, technical execution, and leadership.
- Experience with educational design is essential; healthcare, commercial, and institutional project experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and related design software; familiarity with sustainable design standards is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and an adaptable, self-motivated mindset.
