Keith is an accomplished Recruitment Professional with over 26 years of experience specializing in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) recruitment across the UK, Brazil and the USA. He has built a reputation for connecting high calibre professionals with leading design and construction firms, with a particular focus on K-12 and Higher Education projects.

As Managing Director of Gente Recruitment, Keith partners with architecture, engineering and construction firms across Texas and the wider U.S., recruiting experienced professionals across Architecture, Design, Construction and MEP. His expertise spans middle and senior level appointments, helping clients build the teams responsible for designing, engineering and delivering schools and university campuses.

Throughout his career, Keith has held senior leadership roles in the UK, Brazil and the USA, consistently delivering strong commercial results through a relationship led and consultative approach. His experience includes building and growing specialist recruitment businesses, developing long term client partnerships and successfully delivering retained and contingent search assignments across complex technical markets.

Keith is passionate about building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. He takes the time to understand each organisation’s culture, technical requirements and long term goals, enabling him to provide honest market insight and consistently deliver high quality recruitment outcomes.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, music, cooking, running (when possible in the Texas heat) and travelling.
