The Opportunity
In this role, you will work on a broad range of complex insurance matters, including:
- Analyzing and evaluating insurance claims
- Drafting coverage opinion letters
- Preparing pleadings and motions
- Managing written discovery and document review
- Attending court hearings
- Taking and defending depositions
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues on case strategy and management
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of litigation experience in first-party and/or third-party property insurance matters
- Experience handling insurance coverage disputes
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- The drive to learn, develop, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Active California Bar admission
