I am working with a growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm who is seeking a Paralegal / Case Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in intake, case management, and pre-litigation, and is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of files while delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase
  • Conducting client intake and evaluating potential new cases
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
  • Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills
  • Tracking treatment progress and case deadlines
  • Preparing demand packages and supporting settlement negotiations
  • Updating case management systems and ensuring files remain organized and compliant
  • Working closely with attorneys to move cases efficiently toward resolution

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury firm
  • Background in Intake, Case Management, and/or Pre-Litigation
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and case lifecycle
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with case management software and electronic file systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
