Qualifications & Experience
✅ Litigation Experience:
Strong background in litigation, ideally involving general liability, trucking, cargo loss, auto accidents, and premises liability.
✅ Preferred Experience:
Federal court litigation background is highly valued. Insurance coverage experience is a plus.
Core Legal Skills
✔ Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving capabilities
✔ Excellent written and oral advocacy
✔ Proficiency in motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Education & Licensure
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Georgia and in good standing
- Federal court admission (or eligibility) preferred
Technology Proficiency
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Westlaw and time‑billing software
