This is a true leadership opportunity for a seasoned litigator ready to run files, lead trial strategy, manage junior attorneys, and deepen client relationships within a practice representing major insurers, self-insured entities, and public-sector clients.
Target experience:
- Auto / trucking litigation
- Construction defect
- General liability defense
You’ll be expected to own your caseload from start to finish, drive litigation strategy, and play a key role in team leadership and client development.
What you’ll do:
- First-chair complex matters and take cases through trial
- Lead, mentor, and supervise associates
- Handle depositions, hearings, and high-exposure litigation
- Direct discovery strategy and motion practice
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships

- Extensive defense litigation experience
- Strong trial record and courtroom confidence
- Ability to independently manage a heavy caseload
- Business-minded attorney with client-facing strength
- Georgia Bar admission required
