I’m partnering with a highly respected international litigation practice to recruit an experienced attorney for its Atlanta office. The team is known for handling complex insurance coverage disputes and high‑stakes litigation for a diverse, global client base.
They are seeking an attorney with at least four years of property insurance coverage and bad‑faith litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have strong first‑party property insurance knowledge, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to think critically in a fast‑moving, intellectually demanding environment.
The role includes:
✅ Examining first‑party property claims
✅ Drafting coverage opinions
✅ Preparing pleadings and discovery
✅ Appearing at hearings, depositions, and trial
Georgia Bar admission is required.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of two days per week in the Atlanta office.
