What You’ll Do

  • Sales & Vendor Support:

    • Provide daily support to the sales team with tools and information they need to excel.
    • Maintain accurate vendor details, including price lists, marketing support, and branding allowances.
  • Vendor Relationship Assistance:

    • Help manage vendor food safety certifications and product onboarding.
    • Serve as a go-to resource for vendor inquiries and foster strong collaboration.
  • Presentation Prep:

    • Assist in creating impactful client presentations showcasing product trends and vendor benefits.
  • Customer-Focused Tools:

    • Develop selling aids and tips for distributors, caterers, and logistics partners in the in-flight foodservice segment.
  • Internal Processes:

    • Manage tasks like updating pricing, preparing product spec sheets, and compiling purchase comparisons.
    • Support smooth execution of ongoing customer business activities.
  • Supplier Relationships:

    • Gather key information about supplier partners, including contacts, products, and pricing programs.
    • Provide organizational support for plant tours, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Industry Representation:

    • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events like IFSA conventions.
    • Assist with product sourcing and engage with airline customers during events.
  • Training & Development:

    • Participate in training programs and webinars to enhance technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, RFP submissions).
    • Build a strong foundation in supply chain, customer service, and sales support.
  • Office Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Southlake team to maintain an organized, efficient, and positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in food service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Professional, team-oriented, and committed to delivering world-class support.

  • Competitive Salary: $75,000–$80,000 based on experience.
