A growing national law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation Department in Atlanta.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of workers’ compensation experience (defense preferred) who can independently manage a caseload and handle matters from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned workers’ compensation caseload
- Conduct depositions and witness interviews
- Handle written discovery and responses
- Draft and argue motions
Requirements:
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of workers’ compensation or defense experience
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and work ethic
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
Trial experience is a plus.
