A growing Southeastern litigation firm is looking to hire a driven Associate Attorney (3+ years) to support its General Liability and Workers’ Compensation practices in Charlotte.

This is not a back-office role. If you’re stuck doing endless discovery and not getting into court, this is your opportunity to actually litigate.

You’ll work with high-level corporate clients and self-insured entities on cases that are actively litigated and taken to trial—and you’ll be expected to step up early.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing cases from inception through resolution
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Drafting and arguing substantive motions
  • Handling hearings and gaining hands-on trial experience

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience (GL or workers’ comp preferred)
  • Someone who wants to be in court and develop trial skills
  • Strong writing, advocacy, and case management ability
  • Motivated, confident, and ready for more responsibility
