A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group in Georgia. This position requires a J.D. degree and active membership in the State Bar of Georgia.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of matters related to corporate bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation, representing clients in both federal and state courts throughout Georgia. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through resolution, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, appearing in court, and advising clients on complex bankruptcy and commercial disputes.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Active license to practice law in Georgia
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Superior analytical and organizational abilities
  • Experience handling bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and/or commercial litigation matters
  • The ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
