Work Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our Gastonia, NC site. You’ll be the key point person responsible for pick, pack, and ship processes across all sales channels—including e-commerce, events, and retail. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, values process, and thrives in a hands-on environment.
This is a direct-hire position, and you’ll start off as a solo operator (with training provided in the UK and on-site in Gastonia). Over time, you’ll help scale operations as our U.S. presence grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee daily pick, pack, and ship operations
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory
• Manage returns, restock merchandise, and handle associated logistics
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, in line with OSHA and company standards
• Prepare and support logistics for U.S.-based events and pop-up shops
• Perform quality control checks and stock counts
• Use the WMS system to manage inventory from both UK and U.S. events
• Load outgoing parcels and assist with courier pickups
• Transport inventory to local stores and manage discrepancies
• Report any damaged or missing stock promptly
• Ensure the warehouse reflects the standards of a premium/luxury brand

What We’re Looking For
Experience:
• Valid passport highly preferred, as you will be required to travel out of the country (once every 1-2 years)
• Solid background in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Comfortable working independently and managing solo responsibilities
• Experience supporting events or trade shows is a plus
Skills:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently, follow processes, and take initiative
• A calm, focused mindset under pressure
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and maintain a hands-on presence
