Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager Estimator with a friendly personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new client relationships while maintaining existing ones. This role requires flexibility, as weekend projects are common, and travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid on projects and take responsibility for them once secured.
• Ensure projects are completed within or under estimated costs.
• Work closely with the client’s office and field crew.
• Ensure production goals are met and arrange for monthly progress invoicing.
• Ensure materials are charged out to projects accurately and keep warehouse materials stocked.
• Secure, maintain, and motivate crew members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Good employment references.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet clients’ needs and demands.
• Experience in mechanical insulation project management/estimation.
