We are working with a leading firm in the construction sector who are actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee significant projects within the Austin area.
This role is suited to a professional with a solid foundation in engineering, construction management, or architecture, who has demonstrated success in steering complex projects to completion.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with property owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Advocate for and enforce adherence to the company’s safety policies and initiatives.
  • Manage the approval process for shop drawings and submissions.
  • Develop value schedules and obtain billing authorization from architects and property owners.
  • Work in tandem with the onsite Superintendent to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Administer the Quality Control Program for the project.
  • Formulate the project’s financial plan, administer change orders, and oversee budgetary adjustments for cost control.
  • Produce and maintain essential reports and logs.
  • Organize and lead project meetings and conduct final inspections.
  • Direct staff, establish performance standards, offer constructive feedback, and provide training.
  • Ensure consistent presence at the worksite.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing projects with a value exceeding £25 million.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and skills in building professional relationships.
  • Proficient with project management software and technological tools.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
