​Sakti has her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts as well as her certification in Human Resources Management from Bryant University in Rhode Island. With a background of over 20 years in Human Resources as well as over a decade of scientific recruitment in Biotechnology, out of Cambridge, MA, Sakti is poised as a seasoned and successful recruitment specialist ready to fill the needs of her clients and candidates.

When asked what motivates her, she replied, "I am extremely passionate in my industry of Biotechnology. I see the incredible strides being made by our research and development teams, executive team leaders, team players, and everyone in between. When I can place a wonderful candidate with a company that is doing life-changing work, knowing they may save lives someday, that means the world to me to be a small part of that. It is the best reason for what I do and I love being able to make a small difference to making the world a better place.
