Their cloud-based platform facilitates seamless worker onboarding, equipment management, safety documentation, and compliance with permits. With a strong reputation among frontline staff and as a preferred Procore integration partner for safety, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to champion their expansion in the USA, targeting the NYC, NJ, and Boston regions. This role is a remarkable chance for a driven professional with a construction background and a flair for technology to play a key role in their growth story.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing the integration of new customers.
  • Allocate time effectively between lead generation and the management of existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct site visits to potential clients, demonstrating the value and capabilities of the software.
  • Build lasting relationships with site teams and key industry contacts.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to confidently present software features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid sales experience within the construction industry, with a strong professional network.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of engaging with site teams.
  • Adept with technology, especially apps and cloud solutions.
  • Independent, proactive, and possesses a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Experience in small team environments, preferably in start-ups.
  • Keen to grow within the tech sector.
