Franchise Business Consultant

• Location: Western States (CO, NE, KS, IA, OK, MO)

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 plus an impressive annual bonus

We are seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to act as a liaison between our brand and franchisees, covering multiple states in the US. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in multi-unit operations in the restaurant industry, who is passionate about upholding brand standards and driving business success.

Day to Day of the role:

• Maintain and convey brand standards across all areas of operations.
• Provide business consulting services to franchisees, focusing on sales building, product quality, and customer service.
• Analyze business segments and devise plans to build upon them.
• Conduct evaluations on store operations, products, services, and facility cleanliness.
• Frequent travel to franchise locations to monitor quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) and interact with franchisees, management, and staff.
• Maintain schedules, reports, expenses, and upcoming events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Food safety certification and compliance with Health Department regulations.
• 3+ years’ experience in a multi-unit environment, in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of business P&L and financial statements.
• Strong ability to motivate and assist franchisees.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and negotiate and influence effectively.
