  • Salary: $150,000 plus an impressive annual bonus

We are seeking a Director of Marketing for restaurant franchise with a bold approach and a fearless attitude towards innovation and brand building. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who combines creativity with business acumen to drive brand awareness, competitive relevance, and strong sales results. The Marketing Director will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand stands out in the marketplace.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of marketing strategies to increase guest count, average unit volume (AUV), and EBITDA.
  • Provide weekly sales updates, offering insights into sales and traffic trends.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and media channels, including in-restaurant experience, advertising, social media, digital channels, and public relations.
  • Develop and manage a guest loyalty program to enhance visit frequency and grow membership.
  • Craft a seamless customer journey across digital and in-restaurant channels to deliver a consistent, frictionless guest experience.
  • Innovate marketing campaigns to boost visibility, awareness, and strengthen brand image.
  • Drive key initiatives such as the annual marketing calendar, menu innovation, online ordering enhancements, and a robust social media strategy.
  • Oversee local restaurant marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Execute compelling promotions and activations to drive traffic and oversee third-party delivery strategies.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach for customer segmentation, targeting, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Track customer engagement through social media, email campaigns, and loyalty program participation.
  • Prepare strategic marketing plans and budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a marketing role, within the restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrated success in Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Social Media engagement, and Loyalty programs.
  • A creative yet analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Driven by results and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A solid grasp of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to engage with all organizational levels.
