Valuations Manager - Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a Valuations Manager for an established advisory firm.  This is a direct-hire, remote role.  Salary range is $80,000-$125,000 plus benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:


  • Coordinate engagements, overseeing staff involved in entering or downloading financial data into electronic mediums such as Excel, forensic software, and Word.
  • Prepare diverse financial analyses, including financial analysis write-ups, industry and economy research, financial projections and forecasts, due diligence, forensic analysis, report preparation, and summarization of client information.
  • Present engagement results to clients and other third parties, including attorneys, judges, boards of directors, and other relevant parties as requested by clients.
  • Engage in marketing and business development activities, involving the preparation of marketing materials, meetings with prospects, participation in presentations, and the preparation of proposals or engagement letters.
  • Conduct document consulting activities and recordkeeping services following firm standards.


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business valuation, with a preference for experience in investment banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA, CFA, and/or business valuation certifications are required.
  • Previous experience in public accounting with client-facing responsibilities is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
