Embark on an amazing journey with our client as an Oncology Nurse in a dynamic healthcare setting. This thirteen (13) week travel position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment and requires a dedicated professional ready to make a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring a high standard of patient experience.
  • Administer medications, including antibiotics, narcotics, and cardiac medications, and perform telemonitoring and wound care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to facility guidelines and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must reside fifty (50) miles from work location.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a nursing role (Oncology experience is not required).
  • Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Candidates with oncology experience will be considered, but it is not required for the role.
  • Professional appearance with adherence to dress code: navy blue scrubs, no fake nail coverings, tidy hair, and discreetly covered tattoos.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Telemetry skills and EKG experience are highly preferred.
