About the Role:
• Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable.
• Oversee property care and maintenance, ensuring optimal asset management for owners.
• Control expenses, maximize profitability, and maintain timely payments to vendors.
• Interact with homeowners on various topics, including revenue, guest feedback, and property management operations.
• Effectively manage time and team resources to exceed guest expectations.
• Network actively in the community to expand the Breckenridge portfolio.
• Problem-solve and multitask in a dynamic environment.

About You:
• Proficient use of systems and technologies such as Office365 and Property Management Systems.
• Ability to take radical ownership of the role with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
