Job Type: Hybrid (50/50 on-site and office-based, with potential for more flexible arrangements)

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Leadership: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Utilize ERP systems for financial management and engage in advanced financial modelling to support strategic decisions.

- Human Resources Management: Lead HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies. Manage HRIS systems and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Operations Oversight: Direct daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring excellence in customer service and compliance with health and safety standards.

- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans that align with the company’s goals, focusing on growth, efficiency, and profitability.

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting a collaborative environment and driving team success.

- Profitability and Cost Management: Drive profitability through meticulous budget management, optimizing food and labor costs.

- Sales and Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analyses to identify trends and opportunities for sales improvement and operational efficiency.

- Incentive Programs: Develop and implement incentive structures to motivate and reward outstanding performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in financial management, HR, and operations within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Expertise in HR management and compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced skills in Excel and financial modelling.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to strategize, multitask, and manage time effectively.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.

- Extensive experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, in corporate or franchise settings.

- Highly analytical mindset with a deep understanding of restaurant financials and operational metrics.

- A college degree in business administration, finance, hospitality management, or a related field.

- Demonstrated readiness for managing growth and scaling operations effectively.
