We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Representative to join our logistics team, specializing in Full Truckload (FTL) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the logistics industry and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. This remote role requires a self-motivated individual who excels at identifying opportunities and closing deals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FTL market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on FTL services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
